pasta with white sauce, asparagus & steak




i am trying something new tonight.

at lunch today silvia & i went to the grocery store and the pasta place, and picked up what i am hoping will be some delightful yumminess in a short period of time.

Palma Pasta had a new white garlic pasta sauce. garlic is good. i like garlic. so i got some, and some fresh penne. at Michel-Angelo's i picked up some asparagus, which i have never either purchased or cooked before. the plan is to over roast it, but it will definitely be an experiment. in my freezer, i have some stir-fry beef, which i am planning on sauteing in garlic. {did i mention that i like garlic?}

well, it didn't turn out too badly, for the first time, i think. the asparagus was a bit overcooked, but it is still yummy.

that's all for now. time to eat!
